Red Snapper Baked Alaska Style Recipe

Ingredients:

* 2 tablespoons lemon juice
* 4 (6 ounce) fillets red snapper or orange roughy
* 2 teaspoons grated lemon peel
* 1/2 teaspoon salt
* 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
* 1/2 teaspoon dried chervil
* 1/4 teaspoon dill weed
* 1/4 teaspoon pepper

Methods:

1. Spoon lemon juice over both sides of fillets. Combine the lemon peel and seasonings sprinkle over fillets.
2. If grilling the fish, coat grill rack with nonstick cooking spray before starting the grill.Grill fish, uncovered, over medium heat or broil 4-6 in.from the heat for 3 minutes on each side or until fish flakes easily with a fork.

  1. This is a really easy “wonderful” recipe. I did not have the chervil so I don’t know what difference that would have made. Again, I recommend this for a simple mild way to prepare fish. I used fresh Red Snapper for this recipe!
